SaleSys is a fast-growing SaaS company building a sales CRM for businesses that sell over the phone, where performance, efficiency and technology really matter. Today, more than 500+ users rely on the platform every day and the team is still early in their growth journey.
They’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to own the entire customer journey, from onboarding to long-term partnership. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, solve real problems, handle complex dialogues and make sure users get real value from the product.
This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take ownership, both when things go well and when they don’t.
